Do's

We reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons (refer to do's and don't list above)
We only accept commissions from those who are above the age of 18+ and able to pay of your own ability.
All deliverables are in the form of digital art and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
Client warrants that the character design, reference material and other intellectual property provided to us are legally obtained and authorised for use.

Invoices must be fully paid prior to commencement of Project. Failure of payment within 1 week of sending the invoice will result in project cancellation.
Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests. Any additional charges will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.
Prices are all in USD, and paid strictly via PayPal.
We reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.
Project cancellations and refunds are not permitted once any payment has been made, unless agreed upon otherwise by both parties.
In the event of a refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork at any phase of progress.

Client pays a non-refundable 10% deposit deducted from the Project fees for waitlist bookings.
Project payments are split into two installments: 50% of total Project fees before the sketch and remainder 50% of total Project fees upon final approval of the sketch.

Please carefully review all the information provided in our terms and conditions.
If any of our terms are violated, the individual responsible will be blacklisted and will no longer be eligible to conduct future transactions with us.
In cases where a project ends under unfavorable circumstances (ie. chargebacks or extortion etc.), you forfeit your rights to confidentiality. As evidence of a breach of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to publicly share relevant information about the offender, including social media accounts, PayPal email addresses, and business-related communications (ie. emails or invoices). Any sensitive personal information (ie. real name, home addresses) will be removed or redacted.
Current and future clients are welcome to inquire about our services. However, harassment regarding commission availability or requests for additional work beyond the agreed terms will not be tolerated.

Work completion requires 4 weeks (for illustration projects), and may take up to 6 months depending on each project (for Live2D model illustration projects).
Timeline is dependent on commission type, complexity, and workload.
Client is responsible for clearly communicating the agreed-upon deadline to us prior to the commencement of Project.
We will provide progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily unless agreed upon regular update timings (eg. once per week).

A few revisions are allowed per item shown to the Client during the process.
After lineart and colouring stage, minor revisions are allowed.
Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
Artist retain the right to decline any revision requests at their discretion.
Clients may not edit the work after final delivery unless specified in the commission information, project outlines or otherwise approved by the Artist.

All works made by us are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology (ie. NFT or any form of cryptocurrency), as well as AI (artificial intelligence) tools
We retain the copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property, including displaying the art on our own social media.
Clients are granted rights for personal use for general commissions, only displaying the art with no monetization or sales.
Clients must purchase commercial rights to display the art for direct monetization or sales (eg. stream starting screen, merchandising etc.)
Client must not claim the art as their own and must credit us by linking any of our relevant social media.

Any information and materials provided to both artist and client will not be visible to the public and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.
